The Serpent's Image is a Celestial aspect of The Serpent encountered in the Veteran version of Sanctum Ophidia.
During the fight with the Possessed Mantikora, it will cast a spell that creates a black portal where it lands, and those who enter it will be teleported to an island surrounded by lava where they must face the Serpent's Image. After it is defeated, those on the island will be teleported back to the chamber with the Possessed Mantikora.
