Shardborn Crystal Mages are Dremora from the mysterious Shardborn clan. They are first encountered within the Mythos during the events of Prisoner of Fate and are later encountered in West Weald.

Prisoner of FateEdit
When you enter the Mythos to chase after Torvesard who seeks the third Glyphic he needs to find Ithelia, you will find several Dremora calling themselves "Shardborn" in the area, fighting Apocrypha's Daedra and you. Occasionally you may hear some of the say the following:
- Shardborn Crystal Mage: "I remember and answer Torvesard's call!"
- Shardborn Crystal Mage: "Shake the foundations of Apocrypha, my brothers and sisters!"
- Shardborn Crystal Mage: "Yield, mortal!"
