Ruxol the Infirm is an Argonian and a former Black-Tongue suitor. He was going to participate in the Bright-Throat's bonding ritual, but he died after entering a trance to prepare his body for the Dread-Fathering Elixir he consumes every year to ready himself for the ceremony. After being given the potion, he never awoke.
The autopsy concluded that since he did not foam at the mouth or expel blood from every orifice, he must have simply died of old age. He wasn't very talented in general, but in the bonding ritual, Ruxol was a miracle worker. He had been chosen for the bonding ritual more times than anyone had reason to count, and half of Murkmire may bow their heads in mourning upon hearing of his passing. In his old age, he needed to be carried around by his attendants, except when he had consumed the Dread-Fathering Elixir.
