Maldred Gagnon is a Breton vamprire working for House Montclair. Before that, he was the mayor of the settlement of Moira's Hope and a personal ally and contact of Adusa-daro. He was offered the gift of vampirism in exchange for him letting the inhabitants be transformed into mindless bloodfiends.
