Loxaldesh is an Argonian sailor who can be found on the docks near the entrance to Bright-Throat Village. She used to ferry people about in her raft until a close call with a Haj Mota destroyed it. She now hunts bog eels as they are in season.

The first time she is spoken to she will talk about her raft.
- "My last raft was brisk as a leaf in the breeze. We flitted from place to place with grace and majesty … we crossed paths with a very thorny haj mota.
I will miss it."
Otherwise she will say:
- Don't you love the way the muck tingles your nose when mixed with the salty sea? I think the bog-eels like it too. That is where my traps are fullest!"
- Do you ferry travelers?
- "I cannot afford to squander the fair season. I have many traps to lay before the bog-eels root their way into deeper muck. If you have need of travel by sea, there are many sailors in Lilmoth, but that you likely know."
- What are the bog-eels for?
- "Some for roasting, some for skinning, some for their eggs. We find many uses for them. Me, I prefer the roasting. Eel-leather is very supple, but I love the way it crisps over an open flame."
