- Blade Strike
- Basic melee attack dealing low physical damage.
- Blade Cleave
- Kothheid swings his blade horizontally, dealing moderate physical damage.
- Uppercut
- Kothheid performs the Ravager-style sword uppercut, dealing high physical damage and knocking you away. Unlike ravagers, Kothheid can perform this ability more than once in a row.
- Flame Breath
- Kothheid performs the Knight-style fire breath attack. Unlike the class' version, his is much quicker and doesn't have an indicator, and deals more intense instant damage and flame damage over time.
- Chain Pull
- Kothheid throws a chain at you and pull you to him.
- Ring of Fire
- Kothheid can use the same AoE ability as Achelir previously, but unlike him, it will follow Kothheid's movement as he rushes to attack you.
