The Hircine Bloodhunter Style is a style based off the followers of Hircine. It can currently only be learned by reading the 
Crafting Motif 129: Hircine Bloodhunter Style crafting motif book. The weapons have a glowing effect applied.
This book is only available from the Dark Brotherhood Crate, and can be bought directly for 100 
or 3,600 
. Crafting Hircine Bloodhunter items requires the use of 
Crown Mimic Stones
, although 18pxHorns of the Huntbeasts can also be used if recovered through deconstruction. It is currently unknown if the style will be available through alternate means in the future.
