Gulzog the Butcher is an Iron Orc troll handler found at the butchering grounds in the Valley of Scars, with his troll Ripgut.
You will need to kill him while investigating the disappearance of a group of caravan guards. He is the author of The Care and Feeding of Trolls.
During combat, he throws out Questionable Meat for Ripgut to eat, which if it does so, becomes nirncrux-infused, grows larger in size and becomes more powerful.
When approached he will exclaim "Ah good, more meat for the trolls!"
