Dustyclaw is a Khajiit beggar who can be found in various locations around Stormhaven. You can give him some gold as part of the Give to the Poor achievement.

The first time you meet him, he'll say:
- "Five … no, ten! Ten bandits beat me and made off with my belongings! All they left were these rags you see before you. The pain! It is without ending!"
- Bandits? Where did they go?
- "Where did …? Oh, over there somewhere. Gleefully, and jingling with their ill-gotten gains.
Please, could you spare a something for this one to make a fresh start?"

If you meet him again after giving him gold, he will greet you differently.
- "Ah, walker! The coin you gave me has served me well, but I've, ah … lost it. To the unfeeling ravages of time, yes?
