I found a letter from someone named Iocundus in Cheydinhal.

Detailed WalkthroughEdit

At the water's edge of a pond near the Arvina Estate, a note can be found lying next to a dead body. When reading the note, you learn the identity of the person laying in the water nearby and get the hint that you should speak with someone in Cheydinhal.

Travel to the town, and once there locate Iocundus Arius on the rebels' side of town. In return for your discretion in handling this information, he gives you a reward and asks you to leave.
