Borbuz's House is a multi-room Orc-style house found in Orsinium. The door is protected by an intermediate lock and it can also be accessed via Masbeshir's House and Borbuz's store, Orcish Pride Outfitters.
An intermediate safebox spawns on the dresser next to the bunk beds in the bedroom. There's a cradle beside the double bed.
