Bloodknight Hlaro is a Dark Elf Bloodknight working for the Dusksabers, a vampiric mercenary group from the Telvanni Peninsula. He and Bloodknight Mondrar will be waiting for you within the Shrine of the Golden Eye. He will only jump down from the ledge when the fight with Mondrar is in progress.

Their dialogue will depend on how you approach the shrine entrance in Claw's Strike. If you enter through Dralys's entrance, they will be waiting for you:
- Bloodknight Mondrar: "Dralys led them right to us, like guar to the slaughter!"
- Bloodknight Hlaro: "For the Dusksabers, my brother!"
- Bloodknight Hlaro: "Save some of their blood for me, brother!"
However, if enter through the passage Leramil the Wise suggested, you will hear the pair chat through the locked door in the passage and won't need to fight them. However, you will hear Mondrar and Hlaro's lines muffled through the door.
