Blood Spawn is a monster helm set. It consists of two armor pieces: head and shoulder, both of which are available in all three armor weights and standard traits. The set cannot be crafted.

- The shoulders can be obtained from Maj al-Ragath's reward chest at Undaunted Enclaves.
