Avreg is an Orc who can be found inside Bonerock Cavern. He is Zhasim's "older brother".

You need to return to camp. Orgotha is worried about you.

"That makes two of us. But I'm more concerned about my little brother. He ran off to find our friends with only his stupid cat to help him.
Look, if you can convince Zhasim to get his arse out of there, I'd be grateful. Just watch out for the Riekrs."

Your brother has a cat?

"Yeah. Raised it from a kitten and loves it all to pieces. Between you and me, my brother isn't an average Orc. He's a little … different.
Just find Zhas and the others before the Riekr do something awful to them, all right?"

You tracked the Riekrs to this cave?

"Tracked? I guess so. They weren't really trying to hide their path. Unfortunately, they were waiting for us just outside the cave.
Speaking of which, did you happen to run into a big Orc named Murukh? One of the Riekrs cracked a rock on his head."

Murukh is fine. Orgotha asked me to get everyone back to camp and then get the riekr leader's totem.

"That Orgotha, always thinking! She'll make a great hunt-wife one of these days!
I'm sure the Riekr leader is somewhere inside. Just find my brother and the others before you rile up the blue buggers. All this fighting it still kind of new to us."

Speak to him before searching for Zhasim and he'll say:

"Just need to rest for a moment. Then I'll head back to camp.
When you find my brother and the others, tell them Avreg said to get their tiny tusks back to Orgotha—on the double!"

When spoken to later outside the ruins, if you have not completed A Khajiit's Tale, he'll say:

"Did you see Zhasim? He gets into all kinds of trouble when I'm not around."

I spoke with Zhasim, but he's still looking for his cat.

"That damned cat! I'm not sure who causes us more trouble, my brother or his furry pet!
Don't worry. We'll wait for him. He may be different and a bit odd, but he is my brother and I do love him."

Alternatively, if you have completed A Khajiit's Tale, but not Riekr Revenge yet, he'll say:

"Thanks for helping my brother. He's always been curious about his past and hoped to meet some Khajiit one day. Now that this is over, maybe we'll go to Orsinium and see if we can make that happen."

We found evidence that Khaiiit travelers had visited the ruins.

"Zhasim has always wondered about his past. I suppose I would, too, if I'd been raised by the cat-folk instead of the hearth-mother.
Maybe that explains why he's so attached to that little flea-bag he calls his friend."

Afterwards, if you have completed both A Khajiit's Tale and Riekr Revenge, he'll say:

"Thanks for the help, friend. And I really appreciate that you helped my brother. He always wondered how he ended up as an Orc.
Maybe we'll go and explore the Khaiiit lands some day. Think of it! Two brothers on an adventure! What could be better?"
