Arenim Manor is a private estate found in the Bitter Coast region of Vvardenfell.
It is a House Redoran stronghold belonging to one of their councilors, Dolvara. The manor and the grounds are restricted areas, meaning you will incur a bounty and be attacked on sight by the Redoran guards. It is an unmarked location, but you are directed here as part of the quest A Purposeful Writ.
A letter can be found on a table out on the manor's balcony. A document can be found on the desk in the Councilor's Quarters. A letter can be found on a low table in the same room.
