The Abandoned Mining Tunnel is a small cave and mine beneath Goldfolly. A trapdoor leading down to it can be found behind the stables in the settlement.
You and Zerith-var will be searching for the missing Cantor Izalgo, who was last reported to have gone to Gold Folly with a squad of Torval Curiata guards to deal with a dro-m'Athra incursion. The spirit of Inquisitor Sumanji will say they went down into the tunnel, only for the suspected trap to be sprung and the group attacked by Rajaska.
Down in the tunnel, you will find a corrupted spirit and Cantor Izalgo's Journal on the platform in the southwest corner of the map.
