Retrace the steps of the Sathram Plantation rioters.
Zone: Stonefalls
Quest Giver: Qa'tesh
Location(s): Sathram Plantation
Reward: Rebellion Mace
Low Leveled Gold
XP Gain: Low Experience
Find out the details of the riot.
I found a note on a dead Khajiit with plans for the riot. Apparently, the riot started with fires, followed by the freeing of prisoners.

Quick WalkthroughEdit

  1. Find the body of Qa'tesh and loot the note.
  2. Follow the steps of rioters.
  3. Find the riot leader.
  4. Deliver the note.

Detailed WalkthroughEdit

Travel immediately south of where the body of Qa'tesh lies. You will find a barn full of Khajiit corpses, the most notable being Unjasi. Read the note beneath her body.

"Unjasi,
"After the prisoners are free, bring them to the quarters east of the barn. We've hidden weapons there. Prepare to fight!
"—J'kur"

Follow the note's instructions. The building you're looking for is just northeast of where you are. Enter the Quarters. It's obvious that slaves used to dwell here. There's a Slave's Scroll on top of a large crate in the back of the room. Read it.

"Everyone take heart! Qa'tesh will set fires, and Ra-shadda will summon spirits to create chaos. Unjasi will bring the prisoners here.
Meet J'kur in the pumpkin patch by the stables. Until then, be brave and think of home."

Your next task is to find J'kur, the leader of the slave revolt. Head northeast to the pumpkin patch. The path of least resistance is to head left and run behind the Quarters towards your destination. In the pumpkin patch lies the body of J'kur. He is carrying a map and a sealed message addressed to someone named "Vahara". An area north of the plantation is circled on his map. Head in that direction. The area lies just off the path leading into the plantation, directly north of Sathram Plantation's map icon. For reference, Vahara is hiding behind a rock right behind where you would find Feldsii Maren, to accept Sathram Plantation's objective quest.

When you find her, she is unarmed and says she harbors no ill will against you. She grew up with J'kur in Senchal. It's clear that they were close. Give her the sealed message and receive your reward. She sounds distraught.

Finishes Quest Journal Entry
I should follow the directions in this note to learn what the rioters did next. I could start by following the note's directions to the area south of the barn.
Objective: Follow the Rioters' Steps
The Khajiit sent to free the prisoners must have been slain. Once the prisoners were freed, they were to meet up in the quarters east of the barn. I should go there and continue tracing their steps.
Objective: Follow the Rioters' Plan
A Khajiit named J'kur was the leader of this riot. He told the slaves to meet him in the pumpkin patch near the stables.
Objective: Find J'kur
I found J'kur's body. He was holding a note and a map. The note was intended for someone named Vahara. The map points to an area north of the plantation. I should go there and look for Vahara.

* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g., <Alias=LocationHold>) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
  • Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
  • Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
