Belda is a Breton trader who lives in Banana Caravanserai. She sells elephants as pack animals or mounts.
She wears a leather cuirass, fur greaves, and leather boots, and is armed with a chitin dagger; she carries a levelled mortar and pestle and retort, and five bottles of fresh water.
Belda rises at 6am every morning, eats breakfast, and opens her "stall" for business. She closes up at 8pm, eats dinner, and retires to bed in a tent nearby.
