Morbash gro-Shagdub is an Orc warrior found in the prison at Fort Pelagiad. He is currently serving jail time for initiating a bar brawl at the Halfway Tavern where he caused damage to three chairs, two windows and a table. He is paying off his sentence in hard labor.
If you have the Fort Pelagiad Prison Key, you can unlock his cell door and let him escape. This will increase his disposition, and he will be gone the next time you enter the cell. There does not appear to be much reason for doing this though.
His only possession is the pair of common pants that he wears. Like all Orcs, he has a natural resistance to magicka, and can boost his health, fatigue and attack for short periods, at the cost of agility; otherwise he knows no spells.
