Alvis Teri is a Dark Elf rogue found at the Eight Plates in Balmora. He stole a Founder's Helm from House Redoran, and as a member of House Redoran, Neminda will ask you to retrieve it.
He wears the Founder's Helm alongside a full set of the regular variant of bonemold armor with a Hlaalu guard shield, and expensive pants. In combat, he relies on a steel shortsword.
