Blades:Raid on the Bandits' Base

The Queen now has a pretty good idea where the Greencaps' secret base is. Her forces need my help to attack the outlaws.

Detailed WalkthroughEdit

Starting OffEdit

To begin this quest you must speak to Wanum:

"Things are moving quickly, Warrior. The Queen is mounting an assault on the Greencaps' base. I cautioned her against it, given that most of her mercenaries have switched sides, but she would not listen. I fear what may happen to her, should her attack fail to go as planned.
Will you aid me in ensuring that no harm comes to her?"

I'll go. You stay here and protect the town.

"Understood. You have my gratitude, <PlayerName>."

ForestEdit

Once you begin the quest you will arrive in a forest with Ayleid ruins. Head forward and you will eventually encounter two bandits. Once they are killed, collect the Wooden Chest they were guarding along with the breakable tree stumps in the area.

CaveEdit

Secret area lever

Just ahead there is an entrance to a cave that is guarded by a mercenary, once they are killed continue into the cave where you will have to deal with a cave troll.

The secret area can be found just after this cave troll if you continue straight ahead and look to the right wall of the cave, where a torch lever can be found. This will open up the wall in front of you, where a breakable, ingredient and Silver Chest can be found.

Bloodfall QueenEdit

After leaving the cave you will enter another part of the forest and will have to deal with another two bandits. After a short walk, there is one bandit that is guarding another Wooden Chest. Continue on and you will have to kill another two bandits and a mercenary that are surrounding the Queen.

Speak to the Bloodfall Queen:

"Thank the Divines you showed up when you did, Warrior. We'd have been done for otherwise. I killed many of them, but they just kept coming..."

What happened?

"We were ambushed... which means they knew we were coming."

Someone must have tipped them off.

"That may be... I will contact you about this very soon, <PlayerName>. For now, go home and get some rest. You deserve it."

Returning to TownEdit

Once you finish the quest, return to town where you will speak with Wanum:

"Warrior, you have returned! I trust the Queen is safe and sound?"

She is. I arrived just in time.

"Wonderful! <PlayerName>, you are now as an egg-brother to me."
