Balius and Leo's Shack is a shack in the slums near Bruma's northern gate.
It is the home of Blind Balius, a refugee from Karthwasten, and his adopted grandson Leo, a newspaper vendor. It stands on the northern edge of the slums, next to Tedral Mendrin's Shack and across from Rilja's Shack. A hatchet can be found atop some crates next to the door.
The shack is composed of a single, if spacious room, with two beds, a fireplace, a dining table laden with food and drink and two sets of shelves. On one you will find an iron dagger, a pearl, a small pearl and a pair of Redguard boots. On the other you will find a zinc ore, an amulet of Stendarr, two potions of minor healing and various copies of the Black Horse Courier, as well as a bowl with a filled lesser soul gem, a portion of black eagle feathers and a wood warbler egg.

- The front door has an Apprentice lock and is unlocked between 5am and 9am and between 6pm to 10pm, when either Balius or Leo are home and not sleeping.
- All containers in the shack except the end table respawn.
