I was a lifelong reader who was increasingly jaded to new fiction when I discovered Elder Scrolls lore and connected with it in a way I've never connected with a story before. It's enriched my life deeply and I sometimes cry when I hear Nerevar Rising.
I use UESP so often I have a link to it on my phone's home screen. I contribute when there's a gap I notice that I can fill, or an error I spot that I can fix, invariably regarding ESO or Tribunal minutiae. In real life, I'm gother than thou, I live in California, and I'm one of those adults who likes Disneyland too much and has traveled to some of the international parks. The old-fashioned CSS/Markup editing of UESP gives me major nostalgia. My gaming life began with Neopets and the Creatures series, the latter of which is wildly underappreciated and has its own rich little lore. I work in tech including web development and product management.
