(optional) Buy a Standard Restore Endurance potion from Llothis Dralor.
Bring a Restore Endurance Potion to her OR cast a Restore Endurance spell on her.
Walk into any interior cell, then back out again.
Go to Drelasa Hlamen's House and talk to her to receive a reward.
