Telera Parys is a Dark Elf noble and Concordant Minister in Great House Indoril. She lives in her manor in Akamora, a town riven by rival noble factions. While residents of the settlement will profess the main powers to be Novas Senim's faction and Seras Indaren's faction, they will also mention Telera as a third candidate potentially seeking supremacy. Certainly, she will openly admit to believing that Akamora needs fresh leadership.
Telera's main method of accumulating power has been through using her family's egg mine wealth to acquire other interests in town, such as ownership of the Underground Bazaar and of the Laughing Goblin. The former proprietor of this last, Llania Darvani, claims to have been swindled out of the establishment. Telera's commercial acumen has led to Novas Senim assessing Telera as being more like an Imperial than an Indoril.
