Rulvam Helseri is a male Dunmer, and owner of the Helseri Farmhouse and surrounding lands. At the time of the player's arrival, he is feeling remorse after a heated argument with his brother over whether the farm should be sold or retained. While Rulvam was adamant that the farm should be retained to protect the legacy of his ancestors, the fierce debate saw his brother row north in a rowboat. He has not been since, and Rulvam is willing to pay anybody who can supply him with information.
