Nebulud is a sprawling cavern east of Old Ebonheart, that intersects both a Dwemer Ruin and an Ancestral Tomb.
The location is some way east of Old Ebonheart, across the river. On reaching Duvana's Shack, turn north until the land turns black.
The Bandit, Bilen Sevlor keeps a room and slave here, and will initiate combat on sight. The key to the slave's pen and bracers is on Bilen's desk.
A level 90 locked door can be found at the far west of the cave, leading into a small portion of an Ancestral Tomb. Guarded by a Bonelord, the sarcophagus holds a number of gems, and the helm, Tadril's Temper, which strongly fortifies attack (+10) and strength (+15), at the cost of intelligence (-20).
The section of the cavern to the northeast includes the lower portion of nearby Bthung. There is a Dwemer Chest hidden behind the wall on the right as you enter the chamber. It contains the Bthung Impaler, a crossbow with Disintegrate Armor and Damage Health effects. Dwemer armor and weaponry can be found in the same chest.
