Ildari Dorvi is a Dunmer noble found within Almas Thirr's Office of Intercession. She is engaged in a meeting with the Majordomo of the Crossing, Andor Orothi, whom she describes as a dear friend. Nonetheless, she is here on business, and seeks to convince the Majordomo to take a firm stand on the side of House Indoril against the encroachments of the Hlaalu, and the Imperial faiths that she warns they bring with them.
If asked about current events, Ildari Dorvi has an interesting insight on the challenges facing her house:
"The Hlaalu and Telvanni are both infringing on core Indoril holdings, but their means could not be more different. The Telvanni flaunt all laws, caring only for power. We have all legal and righteous cause to crush their illegal expansion, and so are locked in a contest of strength. The Hlaalu bend but never openly break laws, and always craft a legal basis for their expansions. We can employ the tools the House War system affords us against them, but no more. And so are locked in a contest of subtlety."
