Ratharzak is a stout tower and the twin of nearby Yaztaramz.
To find this place, travel north from Helnim or southeast from Firewatch, sticking close to the coast. You will inevitably come across the Dunmer stronghold of Mandaran. Ratharzak is a short way to the north of this, opposite the Daedric Shrine of Onimushili.
The ruin lies close to another Dwemer ruin named Yaztaramz, and is in some respects very similar. Both are about the same size, both are guarded by functional Dwemer Centurions, and both have towers that are home to Spellwrights of Great House Telvanni who are apparently researching the Dwemer.
The tower does have some differentiating features however, and the Blunt Weapon skill book 36 Lessons of Vivec, Sermon 3 can be found on a shelf in Falvani's tower room.
