Arnulf is a Nord smith with a store and home in Old Ebonheart, that can be found by the gate to the dock. He offers repair services and an array of iron and steel armor and weaponry.
For protection, he wears a Nordic iron cuirass. For clothing, he wears a common shirt with matching pants, shoes, and gloves. He wields an iron warhammer, and carries 50 gold and some of the marksman weapons and repair tools that he restocks for his store.
Aside from his natural resistance to shock, immunity to frost, ability to shield himself, and a natural frost damage spell, he knows no spells.
