Otrebus Delagia, a local businessman, has been found dead, sources say. Delagia, a Cyrodiil native, was allegedly the head of a criminal enterprise known as "Delagia's gang". The news of his death has reportedly come as a relief to some living on the east side of town. Whether or not Delagia's death was a natural one has not been confirmed. The townsguard declined to comment.
Extraplanar threats to the Empire have reached an all time low, according to a recent study coming from the Imperial City. Scholars and mages in service of the Empire have closely monitored the realms of Oblivion and discovered that hostile Daedric endeavors have all but ceased completely.
