Aemar Coldblood's name is all but forgotten, indeed, but not because of any heroes who sought to bury his memory - merely because he never did anything worth knowing. The fool tried to alchemically grant himself the powers of the Volkihar bloodline, failed, and turned into a rampaging beast before he was put down.

All because of his envy. He managed to find the Bloodfire Amulet and wrest it from the tomb of the prior owner, only to be unable to use it.
Silly fool. A mediocre alchemist and a worse enchanter. I'm sure you'll have no difficulty using the Amulet.
I've left a gift for you. I'm sure Coldblood's corpse won't pose much threat to you, but there's no harm in being prepared.
