Ring of Kynareth is a unique ring. It can be found while fishing. If you wear the ring while fishing at temperate lakes and streams, it will trigger a rainstorm. This can be useful for catching certain types of fish. It can also be used to trigger the Fortify Barter buff from Turn of the SeasonsCC.
