Relan's House is the westernmost in Fellmoor, and is filled with bones, blood, body parts, even human skulls.
The chest that contains armor and weapons on the north wall and the two clutter sacks are the only that do not respawn; The two food barrels and food cupboard as well as the clutter crate and a chest of drawers that holds clothing all respawn. The table on the south wall holds two samples of black tar and two clumps of grummite eggs, and while the table on the opposite wall holds five bottles of beer and a bottle of cheap wine sits in the upstairs bedroom area.
