Tirasch is the hero of the goblin tribe living in Fearfrost Caverns. He is the target of a campaign by Skyrim sympathizers to disrupt goblin influence in Snowline.
His status as hero has obviously gone to his head somewhat. If the Goblin Rescue 2 quest is completed for Ivgrizt, Tirasch is angered by the failure of the Shaman Headdress to grant him the power of shaman.
