Getting papersEdit

When you visit Dragonstar for the first time you'll notice nobody wants to do business with you because you are lacking the proper travel papers. You also cannot travel freely between Dragonstar East and Dragonstar West. Go to the Census and Excise Office in the middle of the city, by the huge iron gates, and enter it. Upon entering for the first time Gorelius will tell you he hasn't seen you before and asks if you want to buy travel papers. You can tell Gorelius a few things about why you want travel papers, if you tell him you are a traveling legionnaire or a member of an Imperial Guild he will give you a discount and you can buy the papers for 25 gold, otherwise it will cost you 75 gold. You do have to be an actual member of an Imperial Guild or a legionnaire to choose that option, otherwise Gorelius will tell you to come back when you have a proper reason. When you have bought the Rights to Trade and Travel from Gorelius you will be free to make use of any services in Dragonstar, as long as you have the papers with you.
