The Brine Stone is a cargo ship docked in Anvil bearing cloth, moth-silk and silver.
The captain is Kyrana Quina, a Nibenese who can sell you some of the ship's wares.
During the quest The Drowned, it becomes apparent that the Brine Stone has a secret - it is the mobile lair of the Placid Drowner Cult. These individuals sacrifice animals and people both via ritual drowning, and the skulls of their victims (along with violent cultists) can be encountered in the cabin and hold.
