Status effect Damage: an idea
After using unleashed terror in actual gameplay for some time, it has come to my attention that, true the bleed damage from proc sets do not crit, but the consistent application of the Hemorrhaging status effect, the damage from it and other effects like overcharge, sundered, etc. “Can” Critically hit.
In clear terms: there should be a “Status Effect Damage” tab in the Builder that tells people how much damage each status effect can do as well as work out any scaling coefficients that may affect their damage output. (I say this because I wouldn’t know exactly how it all scales up.)
Status Effect Damage:
- Burning Damage
- Poisoned Damage
- Hemorrhaging Damage
- Sundered Damage
- Overcharge Damage
Note: the Chilled, Concussed and Diseased status effects themselves do not deal damage over time, only some form of direct damage upon application as far as I Know. whereas the ones listed above do damage over time.

Prodigy intermittently affecting weapon critical
On some of the builds I have created Prodigy works as intended, adjusting both weapon and spell critical values. However, on some of the builds Prodigy only affects spell critical. I aren't sure of the interactions at play here - but I have observed it on a few of my builds now - thank you -- spitball27 (talk) 08:29, 23 July 2021 (UTC)

- Yes, and I even exited and saved the builds multiple time and even reverted to non-PTS and back and forth between the two, but I was finding Prodigy was only applying penetration and not the crit chance. However, as of the moment I am typing this reply, Prodigy continues to function incorrectly and does not apply weapon critical per peice of light armour worn-- spitball27 (talk) 07:48, 27 July 2021 (UTC)
Pelinals Wrath (Aptitude) and Crusader need to be updated for the Update 31 Pts.
Pelinals Aptitude is already updated in the Wiki but this of course did not enable it for the builder.

Bloodthirst skill
Bloodthirst's (morph of the 1st DW skill, Flurry) tooltip states that the final hit deals 300% more damage, but its number is increased by only 33%, whereas 33% belongs to healing done by this ability Gerakir (talk) 23:19, 29 July 2021 (UTC)
Heartland Conqueror not increasing Weapon damage on Dual Wield with nirnhoned
I'm trying to make a build with heartland conqueror Dual Wield.
But it seems its not increasing the weapon damage
The weapon have 1335 weapon damage. 1535 with nirnhoned (increase the damage of this weapon by 15%)
When I use the Heartland conqueror, that doubles the trait effectiveness, nirhoned says (increase the damage of this weapon by 30%), but the weapon damage is still 1535.

Mitigation calculation with skill Immovable

Continuous attack (Assault passive)
Continuous attack passive is active even if you do not check the box in Skills tab. I mean not only the major gallop part, but the damage bonus part gets activated as soon as you put skill point in the passive and cannot be turned off unless you get the skill point out. --StoneCold14 (talk) 13:44, 9 August 2021 (UTC)

Trial by fire set
Trial by fire has 3 check boxes based on how it used to work in the past (gave elemental resistance based on which element hit you last) and none of the check boxes gives you physical or spell resistance of any kind. Heartland Conquerer Issues
Appears Heartland Conquerer does not calculate nirnhoned correctly on any weapons when the 5 piece bonus is active. The editor will show 30% more damage from nirnhoned (instead of usual 15%), but the weapon's damage doesn't actually update to reflect the doubled trait value. When viewing the build (not in the editor itself), the trait shows 15% even though the 5 piece is active. --TheNickm2 (talk) 05:31, 13 August 2021 (UTC)
Continuous Attack passive

Empower and Light Attack Shock Staff/Light Attack Restoration
I noticed that the Empower buff is not applying to these, but it is in the game. This is throwing off the HA calculations.

Heartland Conqueror no effect
Hey Guys,
The new Heartland Conqueror Set increases the weapon trait by 100%. But in the Editor it doesnt calculate.
For Example by using a Complete Conquer Set with the Training trait it ends at 86% and not 95%.
By using any other Set with full Training trait it is aswell at 86%.
Using a one hand, a staff, or 2 daggers doesnt make any difference.
I not sure if it works on the real Server, but i guess that Staffs counts only once the trait and two handed twice.

Gaze of Sithis Crit Resist Value not correct in Raw Values when selecting Impenetrable Trait
The value looks right when you mouse over the item on the items tab, but when you look at the raw data value for Crit Resist, the item is only giving 42 crit resist which causes the total value on the right sidebar to be off. Raivyne (talk) 03:40, 24 August 2021 (UTC)
Heartland Conqueror bonus
The Heartland Conqueror that buffs your trait by 100% does not work when using nirnhoned it not getting the 30% it's just giving the 15% that you will always get.
On a one-hand sword it should give nirnhoned = 30% with Heartland Conqueror making it 1735 but in fact, it only gives 1535 that only 15% so it not counting the + 15% you get from Heartland Conqueror.
I think this is the same for any weapon type when using Heartland Conqueror with nirnhoned. Not looked the all the traits but I think the rest work fine but I would look at all to make sure :) — Unsigned comment by Mighty Master (talk • contribs) at 16:55 on 25 August 2021
Jailbreaker Set
Hello,
I was under the impression that this set gave you Minor Expedition which increases your movement speed by 15%. That is what the set states and on game it states, but when looking at buff section of build editor it states Minor Expedition increases mount speed by 30%. Isn’t this wrong or am I missing something.

resurrection time calculation
I tested today the rezz speed on my templar, because i had the impression that "Kagrenac's Hope" plus the CP trait "Spirit Mastery" together don't encrease rezz speed a lot more. And I saw that this Editor has -1sec as a result, which is not possible. ;)
I had the following bonus: Templar passive "Master Ritualist II" (Increases resurrection speed by 20%) Cyrodiil passive "Battle Resurrection II" (Reduces the time it takes you to resurrect another player by 30%) CP trait "Spirit Mastery" (Decreases the time it takes to resurrect an ally by 33%) Set bonus "Kagrenac's Hope" (Decreases the time it takes to resurrect an ally by 25%)
With all bonus it took 1.85 sec to resurrect an ally in cyrodiil. Without the CP trait it took 2.65 sec to resurrect an ally in cyrodiil. Without the set bonus it took 2.25 sec to resurrect an ally in cyrodiil.
It looks to me the formula is like this: rezz time [sec] = 7 * (1 - Templar_passive - Cyrodiil_passive) * (1 - CP_Trait) * (1 - Kagrenac_Set)
Pop up boxes on skill bars 1 and 2 don’t go away

- Not sure what you mean...there are no popups when you tap the bars, only when you hover over the skills. Did you mean the skill tooltips? I'm not sure how they would stay when the page is refreshed. Can you give some more details on the system/browser you are using and a screenshot would help greatly. - I made a screen recording of what I’m experiencing on an iPad Pro 2020 running iOS 14.7.1 and Safari using the full web page (the mobile page had the text all jumbled up). This also happens with Chrome. The gray circles are me touching the screen. As you can notice, touching anywhere does not get rid of the pop up.

- Thanks for the video as it helps immensely. I don't use or have a device that can run Safari so it makes it very hard to test things. I can't duplicate your issue with online Safari browser testers. What is the option you click at the start that says "Touch Pointer" and how does that work? Added Stats for healers and tanks.
Hey, I sometimes do eve online build editor work and there are some useful stats that ESO build editors should borrow from them.
The 'effective' stats are nice for dps but healing and tanking needs some effective stats.
For healers it would be nice to have. Effective healing power, this is a bit like effective weapon/spell power but without the mitigations and adding healing bonuses. This can be for self and group.
Effective healing pool. Which is Effective healing power times magicka total. This can be for self and group.
For tanks it would be nice to have. Effective health, which is health after resist and mitigations. With multiple combinations for physical/magical, pve/pvp and non-blocking/blocking.

Crafty Alfiq Jewels count as light armor piece?
Great tool! However, I notice in one of my builds (https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Special:EsoBuildEditor?id=383912) that I'm getting a 5 piece penetration bonus from my light armor tree while only wearing 4 pieces of light. It appears to be the Crafty Alfiq jewelry... if I flip all of them to another set like Necropotence, the 5th piece bonus goes away but as long as one is CA, the issue is there.
Thought I'd point this out so it can be investigated!!!

Values don't match the actual values
I input the exact race, class, mundus, gear, traits, enchantments, and cp as my toon in-game and some of the values are quite different while some are the same. I spent 10 minutes going over everything again and again and its the exact same information but wrong outcome. Magical Detonation
The Magical Detonation skill (and morphs) scales off highest offensive stats, however on the tooltip it appears to scale off max magicka + weapon damage for some reason. LordOfDagonFel (talk) 22:40, 20 September 2021 (UTC)

"Armor Enchantment" doesn´t work

Heartland conqueror decisive trait doesn´t get doubled when hovering over the selected weapon
When selecting heartland conqueror and you then hovering over the selected weapon when the decisive trait is selected, it doesn´t get doubled in value. For example, when using a 2h weapon, it still says 55% chance to gain one extra ultimate instead of 110%.

Tzogvin's Warband + Mechanical Acuity - issue
In the sets tab you can apply the stacks that Tzgovin's grants; however, it does not actually appear to change the builds stats (both spell and weapon crit + effective weapon and spell power). Mechanical has the same issues where enabling the set does not affect the build.

Error Weapon Damage
Hi, There's an error with calculating Weapon Damage in this case : http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Special:EsoBuildData?id=387211
With a bow equiped, it's written : 2059 Item.weapon.damage In fact 1335 (Bow) + 278 (Malacath's Band of Brutality) + 262 ( Ring of the Shield Breaker) + 262 (Necklace of the Shield Breaker) = 2137 If I enter 2137, the value is correct (the same as in game).

Viewing created build[s]

Dark Cloak changes 7.2.2 and Grim Focus + Malevolent Offering changes 7.2.3
Dark Cloak (morph):
Increased the healing from this ability by approximately 61% per tick, but reduced the base duration to 3 seconds down from 6. Increased the duration of the Minor Protection to 10 seconds, up from 6 and fixed an issue where it was not being affected by the Dark Veil passive.
Grim Focus: This ability and its morphs now grant 60 Weapon and Spell Damage per stack, rather than 1% damage done per stack.
Malevolent Offering:
This ability and its morphs now have an upfront Magicka cost of 3510 and a residual Health cost of 1080 over 3 seconds, rather than a Health cost based on a mixture of your Spell Damage and Max Magicka over 8 seconds. These abilities can now target yourself and allies, rather than only allies. Reworded the tooltip for these skills, now with 100% more edge factor, to help you get the blood dripping when using the skill.
Shrewd Offering (morph): This ability now ranks up in cost reduction rather than 1.1% healing done, and its base cost has been reduced to 3240. Pummeling Goliath Bash Attack Tooltip Not Changing When You Swap Bars [in Editor]
The "Pummeling goliath" necromancer ultimate makes your bash attacks hit for an aoe effect. In game (xbox NA) when you swap from 1h/shield bar to a 2h bar, the tooltip for this bashing effect of this ultimate drops by ~1500. This corresponds with the "deadly bash" passive in the 1h/shield skill line.

Mother's Sorrow set - 4 items equipped, shows 5.
I was using the build editor to track current status and figure out what to focus on next.
Noticed that mother's sorrow set shows as 5 items equipped, but there are only 4 on the build right now. The other sets seem to have the right numbers... weird.
Saved build "Tsalrinn (current state)" shows the error (I will avoid editing equipment till I hear back)

Health Too Low - 379220

I have a build, 379220, and on the live server my max health shows as 27,092, but the build says it's 25,223.

Sul-Xan buff not working properly
When enabling the perfected sul-xan buff in the sets menu it is adding 553 crit rate instead of the 2160 crit that it should be. It actually says in the buff that it is adding 553 crit so I think the buff just got added in incorrectly.
- It looks correct now. This may have been an issue in the update 31 data, or a temporary issue with the update 32 data since fixed. If you still see this issue please link the build in question so we can take a closer look. -- Daveh (talk) 14:47, 4 November 2021 (UTC)

- it's still appearing wrong for me, here's the build i'm looking at - https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Special:EsoBuildEditor?id=394460 It shows up correctly when I mouse over the set in the items tab, but in the sets tab it doesn't show correctly and when I try to apply the buff it's using the wrong value.
- Edit: nvm I think it was because I had PTS rules enabled. I disabled that and now it works properly.

Trial Dummy Debuffs: Torug's Infused Crusher
The trial dummy is still using 2740 for the resistant debuff value of Torug's infused crusher, not 3056.
Tested on the dummy on Update 32 (PC/NA) today, Nov. 6, 2021. With 3126 pen provided by my CP and gear, I was getting 17,798 effective penetration on the dummy. The dummy has Major Breach (5948), Minor Breach (2974), Alkosh (old value of 3010), and Torug's Infused Crusher. If the crusher enchant value were 3056, the dummy would have a total debuff of 14,988 and I'd have effective penetration of 18,114. Instead it seems to be using 2740, which was the old value. They do not appear to have updated the trial dummy with the new Torug's value.
Caluurion proc tooltip and Relentless Focus wpd

1) Noticed that Caluurion tooltip shows just 2k of dmg on 8k wpd (no matter u already got 11k tt on 4 k wpd)
2) Wpd from relenless focus doesn't applies to weapon dmg in stats and any tooltip at all

Inferno Staff Single Target Bonus
The Ancient Knowledge bonus to single target damage appears to be applying regardless of whether or not I have an inferno staff equipped. I noticed I had a 10% bonus from "skills" to my Single Target damage done, couldn't think of any other potential sources. I tested by actually equipping an Inferno staff and the damage done was unchanged, probably should have tried refunding the skill to see if that made a difference but didn't so that's my bad. Bosmer's Resist Affliction
If your race is Wood Elf (Bosmer) and you select the racial skill "Resist Affliction III" the tooltip states: "Increases your Maximum Stamina by 2000 and your Disease and Poison Resistance by 2310."
However, looking at the Computed Character Statistics to the right it doesn't show your Disease Resistance changing at all. Wasn't sure if this was an issue with the Build Editor or if the skill is also wonky on ESO. On the lower rankings of the skill, I and II, the same thing happens. Your stamina and poison resist change but not disease.

- I fixed a bug with the Markyn ring item but wasn't sure what you meant with the Health stat. I don't see any issue when changing the mythic ring trait back and forth. - Fixed the Cutting Defense CP tooltip. The Deadlands Demolisher tooltip seems to be working fine. The first number is constant and doesn't change. The second scales with Max Resistance. some bugs
1. imperial race passive "red diamond" doesnt affect HP skills in the calc (in the game, it affects frenzy and eviscerate).
2. "wrath of the imperium" or "imperial wrath" set. for some reason, it gives damage to ALL skill in the calc. meanwhile, in the game it DOESNT WORK AT ALL. just tested, 12/10/2021, skills used: crystal fragments (sorc), haunting curse (sorc), lethal arrow (bow, max range). exactly the same damage with or without this set.
3. bound aegis (sorc) should enable "expert summoner" passive by default, in the game it DOES boost hp by 8% just while slotted, without activating skill (unlike bound armaments, which doesnt give u hp even if u use it until u get atleast 1 spectral dagger).

Major/minor vulnerability increasing Damage done multiplier
I will test this in game, but mathematically speaking, you should not add vulnerabilities to damage done multiplier for skills. The way editor uses vulnerability debuffs on target is that it multiplies damage done bonus from all sources by each vulnerability and then it rounds it up to whole % eg. minor slayer (5% dmg done) + minor berserk (5% dmg done) + minor vulnerability (5% target dmg taken) + major vulnerability (10% target dmg taken) = roundup((1+0,05+0,05)*1,1*1,05)-1 = 28% extra damage done. This would be fine if tooltips of skills were modified by this value alone, but there are other modifiers for single target dmg or direct dmg and now this happens: Let's take Wrecking blow with 10% single target dmg bonus, 10% direct dmg bonus, minor slayer, minor berserk and let's count with minor and major vulnerability on target. Let's say base tooltip is 100 dmg for simplicity. This is what editor does: 100 * (1+0,1+0,1+ roundup((1+0,05+0,05)*1,1*1,05)-1) = 100 * 1,48 = 148 dmg. This is what should happen really (because vulnerabilities multiply final dmg of the skill, not just one of its modifiers) 100 * (1+0,1+0,1+0,05+0,05) * 1,1 * 1,05 = 150,15 dmg. - Yes truth is I was thinking only about PvE and mobs rarely have any kind of dmg mitigation, so I was not worried about vulnerability interacting with mitigation... if you wanted to implement correct dmg going into target counting correctly with vulnerabilities and mitigation and display that number as a tooltip of each skill, I think it would be good to put in PvP target base mitigation (10%) in buffs/debuffs, but then it still will work only approximately depending on dmg type of skill/set vs various dmg type specific mitigations based on what armor size (heavy/medium/light) target is wearing (plus CP .. and some mitigation CP is additive with base/armor passives mitigations and some like juggernaut are multiplicative and at this point it is getting maybe too complex) ... or simply show tooltips as they are in game and do not show increase in tooltip dmg via vulnerability on target. --StoneCold14 (talk) 10:34, 14 December 2021 (UTC)

I'm not sure if this has been noticed, but the Build Editor seems to have broken.
You can look at your already made builds, and even go into edit and change things. However, no changes in the calculations occur, and the build cannot be saved.
It's an amazing tool. I just wanted to make sure it continues being amazing.

Bugged skills and passives
I started experiencing this problem today. But I don't know when this bug officially started. This bug I am talking about won't allow me to select skills and/or passives put into my bar and if I do the whole stat sheet and build breaks. I can't save or reload the build when that happens. If i try to reload any of my past builds my stat sheet will have nothing but question marks on them. So far, I found that rally (momentum morph), resolving vigor, blood craze (twin slash morph), absorb missile (defensive posture morph) Draining shot (scatter shot morph) the restoration staff ult and the first 3 skills of the resto staff skill line. the negate magic morph absorption field and the blood magic passive from the sorc passive I haven't went into other classes yet. — Unsigned comment by JJShock (talk • contribs) at 02:56 on 14 December 2021

Equip Set Feature - "Perfected Saxheel Cahmpiont"

Drain Vigor's Health Restore isn't Scaling Up.
Turns out Drain Vigor's missing health heal ingame scales with single target healing buffs, powered, and major/minor mending. The build editor does not increase the healing on the ability like it does in game, however this scaling only applies to Drain Vigor. Duel wield passive: ruffian

- The only place you would see this is in the ""Attacker Spell/Physical Mitigation" stat which appears to be using it correctly. Damage tooltips and other factors would not be affected by this. Kjalnar’s Nightmare set: damage not auto scaling accordingly.
Kjalnar’s Nightmares damage to stun-immune targets is not properly auto-scaling.
The damage is showing correctly when looking at the “set tooltip coefficients” in coefficient <<6>> however, when viewing it by hovering/tapping on that individual armor piece to bring up the items basic display, it only shows its base magic damage. same for the set “tab” under set information in “other effects” for kjalnar’s nightmare, they both show 2287 as if they were not scaled.

Vampire's Kiss set - additional benefit
The 5 piece bonus for the Vampire's Kiss set has an extra benefit not being shown. The full text should be:
Adds 129 Weapon Damage and Spell Damage. When you kill an enemy, you heal for 10512 Health over 10 seconds. This effect scales off the higher of your Maximum Magicka or Stamina.
(Of course, the exact numbers tend to vary based on the character - but the main thing is that the HoT is not being shown.
Elder Scrolls Online Build Editor: Thrive in Chaos skill not applying % Damage Done.
In the ESO Build Editor, after selecting the Thrive in Chaos ultimate from the Dual Wield skill line, then scrolling to the "Toggled Skills" section, activating and modifying the Thrive in Chaos ability does not increase the "Damage Done" portion of the character's Effective Power equation. Truth set tooltip is too low
The "Armor of Truth" set should have a 460 tooltip for its 5 item, its currently showing 380.
Should be: "(5 items) When you set an enemy off-balance, your Weapon and Spell Damage is increased by 460 for 10 seconds."

- Right now I see its set to 417 for normal and 460 for gold CP160 items. I don't see any issues which a quick review of item data but some items might have bad/corrupt data that need to be fixed. Crafting CP Tree not adding up
I put in all my CP from my actual build. My totals are 495, 495, and 496 at the moment. When I put all of my CP points in, the CP in the Green Tree stops 20 CP short. It looks like it will go to the correct number but then goes back to 476 instead of the correct 496. I went through each CP 3 times to make sure I hadn't missed any points.

Skill timer simulator

ESO Character Data giving "internal error"
I'm noticing recently (in the last week-fortnight) that viewing ESO Character Data is producing an "internal error". This is occurring when trying to view character data for global characters (ie viewing all characters) and when trying to View My Characters. This appears localised to the ESO Character Data viewer, there are no such errors with the ESO Build Editor.
Grave Guardian

toggling Jolting arms not adding Resistances
The following worn set effects can be manually enabled as desired. Jolting Arms: (5 items) When you Block, you charge your arms, increasing your Physical and Spell Resistance by 4620 for 6 seconds and causing your next Bash attack to deal an additional 3513 damage. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.
Really like the Build Editor, couple issues I've seen
I've really liked using this tool to brainstorm ideas, especially for PVP.
I just wanted to point out a couple of things I noticed.
1. Choosing PvP on the first page leads to some crazy numbers. My health and other stats explode. You can see this here. https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Special:EsoBuildData?id=426778
2. This is minor but switching bars on the View page doesn't effect skill numbers. For example in the link above my Clanfear should heal for more on my powered back bar (the Sets page works correctly).

For (2) it should indeed change your stats when you switch...I'm assuming it was a temporary JavaScript issue (if something errors during stat updates it will "break" the updates). Warden damage passives not being applied
Hi, it seems that damage boosts to passive skills from the Animal Companions skill line are not being applied. I am looking at a build that has Bird of Prey and Deep Fissure slotted. Bird of Prey should give minor berserk while slotted, and damage should also be boosted by 2% per AC ability slotted. Neither of these seem to be showing up in SpellDamage.

Mend Wounds tooltip not updating from Undaunted Unweaver/Infiltrator sets Update 33
After Zenimax recently changed the wording of sets like Undaunted Unweaver, Undaunted Infiltrator, Noble Duelist, etc, I tested Undaunted Infiltrator and Unweaver with Mend Wounds from the Psijic skill line. I found that while they used to not buff Mend Wounds, now in Update 33 they do. Seems that uesp.js is being blocked by client. Tried it on another browser and got the same result. Strange that problems only happens when a build is reloaded but is fine when initially created.
Edit 1 - I've confirmed that the uesp.js script is also blocked when a build is first created and stats are properly calculated. I can tell that some resources aren't being loaded, which produces the error traceback above.
- I believe this was a temporary issue which should now be resolved. If you still have issue try doing a full refresh with Ctrl+F5 or Shift+F5 and link the build in question. The script you mentioned is for ads and can be safely blocked without affecting the rest of the site JS. -- Daveh (talk) 15:13, 22 April 2022 (UTC)

ESO Build Editor Buffs(Sets) not working / missing Sets

one Set in the "Buff Category" isn`t working for a while. Scorion's Feast (Both the Weapon/Spell Damage Part and the Regeneration Part, it doesn´t show in the Stats when selected.
Also in the Category "Sets" Powerful Assault doesn´t apply to the Stats when equiped and selected there.
Would it be possible to add 2 Sets to "Buffs"? The first one would be Meritorious Service and the Second One would be the new Set Rallying Cry. For the Second one i don´t know if it is possible since it has a scaling involved, but it would already be helpfull if the first one would get added.

Power of the Light skill uses Spell power instead of Weapon power
I was trying to test some build with PTS option enable and noticed POTL actually uses the wrong damage numbers and checked a little bit to find out that it actually gets its numbers from spell power instead of weapon power. JSPH (talk) 18:30, 25 April 2022 (UTC)
- The copied damage amount only scales from Spell Damage from observation from the first PTS patch while the rest of the tooltips depend on the higher of Spell or Weapon Damage. Is that what you're referring to? If so then that is expected from the skill tooltip. - Yes that is what I am referring to due to the tooltip on POTL saying the copied damage depends on "Weapon Damage" rather than "Spell Damage" and I thought it was about a bug on our end. Puncturing Remedy
When using the puncturing remedy set, the tool tip on both the live server and the items page of the build editor show the correct stats; however, when you view the puncturing remedy in the sets tab to enable it, the tool tip displays and enabled different stats - thank you for the continued great work -- spitball27 (talk) 09:15, 1 May 2022 (UTC)

All pieces of gear stuck at legendary quality when loading build
When I load a build all items automatically change to legendary quality, and I am unable to change it to epic. So far I've tried changing it by clicking on one item and changing its quality manually, by scrolling down to quick item setups and using the armor quality dropdown to change to epic quality, and by using the equip set tool to equip a set at epic quality. I use epic quality armor on the build editor because that's what use in game (mats are expensive) to get an accurate idea of my build. Gdew516 (talk) 19:36, 9 May 2022 (UTC)
Legendary Gear default changes
The new changes that made the legendary gears the default gear made this build editor less friendly to players who have no gold/materials in the game. I used this build editor to create builds for my alternate roles as I normally spent all my gold on my main role. The old setup is so much friendlier for non-legendary gear setups. Oakensoul Revamp...
With the most recent patches on the PTS, Oackensoul was significantly revamped and this has not yet been reflected on the Build Editor when "Use PTS Rules" is checked. Specifically, the ring no longer grants flat stat bonuses, and instead it grants a large array of buffs, mostly Major buffs (including, but not at all limited to: Major Brutality and Sorcery, Major Savagery and Prophecy, Major Resolve, and Minor Endurance, Fortitude, and Intellect). I understand the fact that the Build Editor doesn't keep up with every single patch change (that would be too much work in general), but this is a significant change and has a major impact on builds that use the ring. % based skill cost in- and decreases don't seem to apply in the skills tooltips
I noticed this while playing around with Vampire stages and the Imperial and Breton race passives. No matter what Vampire stage I am, what racial passives I have selected or what gear I am wearing, ability cost is not updated. This does not seem fixable by saving the build and reloading. -- ?

Heartland Conqueror
Heartland conqueror off-hand mace in nirnhoned calculating as a nirnhoned shield. It is giving mitigation as opposed to damage.
Oaken Soul

- Oakensoul is updated in the live version. If you are using the PTS rules disable them and reload the build to update the data. We generally only update PTS data on the first update due to the length of time required to do so. -- Daveh (talk) 14:07, 29 June 2022 (UTC)
