Stalfgrif is a Nord found by the stables in Stormhold. He can occasionally be found chatting with Skeeheieeus. Their dialogue is ambient and has no subtitles.

The two are standing west of the stables, on the Ayleid stone platform near the bridge leading to the center of town.
- Stalfgrif: "They say the Hist weeps with happiness when an Argonian hatches. How can a tree weep?"
- Skeeheieeus: "What nonsense. Everyone knows the Hist isn't a tree!"
- Stalfgrif: "Oh? Maybe it's a giant Argonian dungpile! Now who's the silly one?"
Skeeheieeus sighs.
On Hissmir:
- Stalfgrif: "I'm glad that Altmer didn't make it through the trials of the Hist. Couldn't be good intentions, whatever he wanted."
- Skeeheieeus: "Agreed. But another stranger completed the trial. I wonder what they asked?"

- Stalfgrif: "I heard it was going to the Dunmer lands. A shame."
Skeeheieeus is standing in front of Tarvynil's House. Stalfgrif walks up to her.
- Skeeheieeus: "Vicecanon Hrondar hasn't picked up his mead cask in a while. Wonder what's wrong?"
- Stalfgrif: "You hadn't heard? The Dominion killed him at Ten-Maur-Wolk. Pretty serious stuff."
- Skeeheieeus: "Who else is going to drink this swill!"
Stalfgrif walks east and leans against a wall, looking sad while Skeeheieeus sighs.
Stalfgrif will walk up to Skeeheieeus, who is sweeping in front of Tarvynil's House.
- Stalfgrif: "Slept straight through the night! Feels like the first time in forever."
- Skeeheieeus: "Make sure you don't sleep away another morning, or you'll be short a job!"
Skeeheieeus walks towards the well to continue sweeping, and Stalfgrif begins sweeping in front of Tarvynil's House.
