The Spurned Peak is a mountain in northwestern Coldharbour. Ayleid infrastructure exists within.
It is inhabited by Dark Seducers and Winged Twilights. After getting separated from Lady Clarisse Laurent and the rest of the invasion force, Stibbons wound up near the structure, and was quickly taken captive and brought to the peak by Drasilla.
A note penned by Stibbons can be found along the path leading up to the mountain. Another note is located further up the path, and the third note is located near the base of the mountain. The final note, Prompt Rescue is Imperative, is located on the path you'll climb when you ascend the stairs leading up from the first floor.
The interior consists of three large, round chambers full of torture devices. The walls are lined with bookshelves. You'll find a Shriven Minstrel in a cage beside the stairs on the first floor (on the right-hand side). A copy of the lore book, Exegesis of Merid-Nunda, is located atop a stack of books beside an altar in front of the bookshelves in the back. Another Shriven Minstrel can be found in a cage on the second floor, in the back of the room. A heavy crate is located beside a stone bench in front of the cage and to the left. A chest can spawn to the right of the cage, between the cage and a wall.
