Sosil Moorcroft is a Breton dweller of Camp Tamrith. Initially, he can be found in the central part of the camp, wearing recycled plate armor, standing with the miscellaneous supplies he had collected.
Once you help the refugees, you can encounter him sitting on the ground near Mizou Jutras.
