Sister Elra is a Reachman witch of the Icereach Coven. She can first be encountered in Morthal Barrow, and later will be found at Karthwatch.

Quest-Related EventsEdit
While investigating the Morthal Barrow with Lyris Titanborn, you will find are large chamber which contains an active witch pike. Sister Elra can be seen on the other side shouting orders to Warlord Rukar in the room below.
- Sister Elra: "A meager harvest! This gray reliquary must be moved to more fruitful fields."
She notices you and gives a final order before disappearing.
- Sister Elra: "Protect the witch pike. Do not let them destroy it!"

Later on while you and Svana take the road to Karthwatch after hearing stories of a harrowstorm from the survivors, Sister Elra will return to taunt you from the ledge adjacent to the road.
- Sister Elra: "You escaped the barrow? No matter."
- Sister Elra: "This time we'll harvest all of the gray reliquaries!"
- <She teleports away in a cloud of bats.>
- Svana: "That coven witch, is she the one that escaped from the barrow?"
She reappears further down the road.
- Sister Elra: "Too bad you arrived so late. Your life energy would fit perfectly in my reliquaries!"
When you reach the town, a red mist hangs in the air and it filled with Reachmen and Vampires. Nearby, two warriors will be guarding a Gray Reliquary and Sister Elra will shout at them.
- Sister Elra: "Bah, they come. Protect the gray reliquary with your lives!"
- <She teleports away again.>
Afterwards, you will need to search for other reliquaries, Sister Elra will be guarding one.
- Sister Elra: "You could not stop the harrowstorm, and you cannot stop me!"
She fights using shadow magic, and vampires will teleport in to support her.
As she dies she'll cry out vengeance:
- Sister Elra: "My sisters will avenge me!"
NotesEdit
- While she doesn't show the typical physical features of a vampire, Sister Elra is effected by Prismatic Weapons the same way as a vampire and uses the same style of teleportation.
