The Shrine to Saint Rilms is a small shrine in central Deshaan, just southeast of the city of Mournhold. A bull netch hovers lazily in front of the shrine, and a lizard bathes in the sunlight on a table at the shrine. Several Dwarven containers and a backpack are here, and may contain furnishing patterns of provisioning recipes. A chest can spawn beneath the roots of a tree located west of the shrine. A copy of the lore book, A Werewolf's Confession, is sat atop a barrel beneath a shed north of that tree. A kagouti grazes next to the shed.
A copy of the lore book, Monomyth: "Shezarr's Song" is located on top of a barrel seated beneath the roots of a tall, green tree east of the shrine, on the south side of the main road heading towards the Vale of the Ghost Snake.
