- Summons a rapid fire Tomeshell above his head that fires projectiles. Runemaster Xiomara must be interrupted to stop this attack.
- Summon Shard of Chaos
- Summons a Shard of Chaos and two Shards of Order. The Shard of Chaos will fire projectiles at random if not destroyed: you must destroy the two Shards of Order flanking it to make the Shard of Chaos vulnerable to destruction.
- Summon Abyssal Tendril
- Summons an Abyssal Tendril.
- Unmitigated Outburst
- Summons a spinning book on the ground next to him that will explode and deal a great amount of room-wide damage. Standing in the AOE around the book will prevent the room-wide damage from occurring, and will instead cause light damage (Mitigated Outburst) to those standing inside the AOE. The AOE around the book is orange when the damage is Unmitigated. The AOE around the book turns yellow when the damage is Mitigated. Runemaster Xiomara always performs this attack immediately after teleporting through his Apocryphal Gate.
- Mitigated Outburst
- Summons a spinning book on the ground next to him that will explode and deal a great amount of room-wide damage (Unmitigated Outburst) if the damage is not mitigated. The damage becomes mitigated when standing inside of the AOE around the book. The AOE is orange when the damage is Unmitigated. The AOE turns yellow when the damage is Mitigated. Mitigated Outburst deals light damage to those standing inside the AOE, preventing the room-wide damage from Unmitigated Outburst. Runemaster Xiomara always performs this attack immediately after teleporting through his Apocryphal Gate.
- Summon Tomeshell Runebound
- Runemaster Xiomara will summon a Tomeshell Runebound that follows a player. The followed player will be indicated by a target market over their head. If the Tomeshell Runebound reaches the targeted player before it is killed, it will explode and fire out projectiles that damage all nearby players.

Upon defeat, he will say:
