The Portal to Necrom is a magical gateway found within the Endless Library region. It is a constantly active portal which leads to the Bindery in Necrom that can be found a short distance away from the Soundless Bight Wayshrine.
There is a sister portal to the north in the Chroma Incognito region which is also linked to the city.
