DialogueEdit
When you approach her without having one of her quests active, you'll hear her say, "Finally, someone who looks like they can actually help."
She'll greet you with one of the following:
- "Are you up for a challenge? We need someone to go and deal with the storm-summoners."
- "Those damn storms! They're unnatural! Care to help us put a stop to them, outsider?"
- "Looks like more storm-summoning jackals are out and about. Time to gut them all."
- Tell me more about these storms.
- "I'm an agent of Ard Caddach, the ruler of Markarth. He charged me to find out all I can about these deadly storms and put a stop to them. Reach witches aiding the Gray Host summon them.
They call them harrowstorms, if you can believe it." - What do you need from me?
- "I don't know much yet, but I do know how to stop a harrowstorm. I'll tell you, if you're willing to help.
Take some friends, find the storm, and destroy all the witch pikes and gray reliquaries you find. Without them, the summoning ritual will fail." - I'll gather some forces and deal with these harrowstorms.
After you accept a harrowstorm quest, you can talk to her more about harrowstorms. She'll say one of the following:
- "I'm confused. Did you or did you not just agree to put down the villains summoning these harrowstorms? Because it seems like you're standing here talking to me instead of going out and disrupting one of their rituals."
- "If you're worried about your payment, don't be. Reachfolk keep our word. Now go keep yours and disrupt a harrowstorm."
- "If the ard hadn't forbidden it, I'd join you in splitting the skulls of these witches myself. Paint the soil with their blood for me while you're disrupting the harrowstorm ritual, will you?"
- I know something about harrowstorms from my time in Western Skyrim.
- "Do you, now? You can tell me all about that later, provided you're willing to share.
In the meantime, I know the Gray Host somehow convinced Reach witches to develop the ritual that summons the storms. Stop them and we stay safe a little longer." - I know how to disrupt a harrowstorm ritual.
- "Of course you do. Just find a ritual site and destroy any witch pikes and gray reliquaries in the vicinity.
Take allies with you, though, or expert or not, you won't last a moment. Those sites are heavily guarded."
- "Do you, now? You can tell me all about that later, provided you're willing to share.
- Why are you recruiting outsiders to deal with the harrowstorms?
- "That was Ard Caddach's fool idea. Only, it turned out to be a brilliant tactic to get these cursed storms under control.
Our Reach warriors are spread thin, so we're looking for help wherever we can find it."
- "That was Ard Caddach's fool idea. Only, it turned out to be a brilliant tactic to get these cursed storms under control.
When you come to turn in a quest, she'll say one of the following:
- "Saw the skies clear some time ago. You do that?"
- "Markarth's skies are quiet. Been busy, have you?"
- "I see before me someone with a look that says you've committed great deeds. You deal with those storm summoners?"
- I disrupted a harrowstorm.
- "Finally! Someone strong enough to do what's required. You performed a great service for the Reach and we won't forget that.
Take this reward, and keep your weapon ready. I doubt we've seen the last of these cursed storms."
If you speak to her after turning in a harrowstorm quest, she'll say one of the following:
- "I appreciate your lust for battle, but there's nothing to be done until the fools summoning these harrowstorms show themselves again. Go get drunk, find someone to warm your bed, then come back tomorrow to win another victory."
- "No reports of harrowstorms on the horizon, which is just how I like it. Keep your eyes and ears open. There'll be more work tomorrow."
- "I hope your slaughter of those lunatics that summon the harrowstorms convinces the rest to go home. Still, I doubt it. Come back tomorrow."
