Mud-Tusk is a river troll who can be found on the lowest level of the Nchuleftingth Approach. It attacks with its claws and by throwing rocks. It also has a self-healing ability that can be interrupted.
Unlike most river trolls, instead of summoning mudcrabs, dwarven automatons will crawl out of the grounds after Mud-Tusk throws rocks of pounds the ground.
