Morvunskar Soldiers are Nord soldiers found east of Voljar Meadery Wayshrine, fighting a Stormfist Striker. You can help them defeat the striker, to which they will thank you and run off towards Fort Morvunskar.
During the related quest, you must free them, and you can fight alongside them.

There are four soldiers you can free each with a different response depending on who you meet first:
- "Finally! Hurry up and untie me! I want to get out there and crack some heads!"
- Here you go. Meet Koruni at the barracks and keep your head down.
- "All right. I won't crack any heads until the Lieutenant says so. I'll meet you at the barracks."
- "Thank Kyne! I thought the Captain forgot about me."
- Let me untie you. Rendezvous with Lieutenant Koruni at the barracks.
- "I'm on my way."
- "Have you come to kill me? Well, do your worst. I won't bow to Fildgor."
- I've come to set you free. Get up and go to the barracks.
- "Thanks. I'll see you there."
- "Captain Hamar and Lieutenant Koruni finally sent someone to get me out of this? It's about time."
- Let me get those ropes. You need to sneak to the barracks. Everyone's mustering there.
- "Thanks. I'm on my way."
All four of them also have an option to either persuade or intimidate into helping you. These are all chosen randomly:
- [Persuade] We have traitorous Nords to kill. Will you help me?
- [Persuade] You certainly look strong enough to assist me in freeing the others.
- [Intimidate] We're going to take back the fort, and you're going to help. Get up! Pull yourself together!
- [Persuade] I need another strong arm to fight the traitorous Nords. Are you up to it?
The responses to the four lines above are also random:
- "I thought you'd never ask!
- "Of course. I'm with you."
- "You know me so well."
If you try to leave the fort, they'll say:
- Morvunskar Soldier: "We cannot leave the fortress. If we go any further I will need to return to the barracks."
If you continue outside the walls:
- Morvunskar Soldier: "I'm heading back to the barracks. I'll meet you there."
When you enter the barracks after freeing the soldier, they will be fighting Stormfist soldiers.
Sleep for the DeadEdit
After fighting Shukul gro-Agluk and his Stormfist allies, you will return back to the fort to see the soldiers have taken back the fort from the Stormfists.
