Mirulon is a High Elf and the leader of the Black Wake. He is masquerading as an exile, although he is actually a member of the Court of Bedlam using Arathel to assassinate the Sapiarch of Shimmerene, Aicantar.

Skills and AbilitiesEdit
- Fright Force
- A basic ranged magical attack.
- Pool of Shadow
- The enemy slams their staff into the ground, creating a pool of dark energy all around them, indicated by a circular AoE, which lingers for a time and deals constant damage when inside.
- Shadeway
- The enemy casts a spell that launches two slow and heavier-hitting projectiles. This can be interrupted to set the enemy off-balance.
- Shadowy Duplicate
- The enemy teleports a short distance away, leaving a Shadow in their place. The shadow will cast Fright Force dealing minor magic damage until it is killed. When killed, it explodes and leaves a Pool of Shadow in its place.
Quest-Related EventsEdit
When you approach Mirulon's Chamber, you'll hear an exchange between Arathel and Mirulon:
- Arathel: "I won't kill anyone! I told you!"
- Mirulon: "The time for protests has passed, child. You will serve us... whether you want to or not."
During combat he'll say:
- Mirulon: "So the rat queen sends her vermin to destroy me? Come then!"
NotesEdit
- Unlike most quest-related enemies, Mirulon exists in the Shimmerene Waterworks before starting the related quest and can be killed then. However, this has no bearing on the quest; he will simply reappear once reaching the objective to kill him.
