Mercenaries are Khajiit foot soldiers that can be randomly encountered in Northern Elsweyr. As you approach, you will overhear them call for help and when you approach they will seemly be tied up. However, once you get close enough they will attack you and a trio of Ruddy Fangs will join the ambush.
